Submission terms
Keep your ownership, choose your credit, and submit only material you have permission to share.
Text version 2026-10-18.2 · Revised
Your work remains yours
Submitting your work does not transfer your copyright or other ownership to the Archive, Benny, or Dispel. You must have the rights or permission needed to submit it. Owning a set of dice does not by itself give you permission to upload someone else’s photograph, artwork, writing, or private messages.
Do not include another person’s private information or identifiable image without suitable permission. Give the requested contributor credit and disclose relevant sources or edits. A moderator may ask for clarification or evidence before publication.
Permission requested for a contribution
When you deliberately confirm your permission and submit new material, the requested permission is non-exclusive and limited to operating the Archive: receiving and storing the submission, reviewing it, preparing display-sized or accessible versions, making reasonable formatting changes, showing approved material with attribution, and sending related review notices or links through Benny.
This is not a transfer of ownership, an exclusive license, or permission to sell your work as merchandise, use it in unrelated advertising, train models on private submissions, or share your private collector lists. Uses outside this contribution purpose need a separate agreement where required.
Viewing these terms or signing in is not itself a rights grant. Existing contributions remain governed by the permission or license actually supplied with them. This page does not retroactively relicense earlier content, and a separately recorded license is not silently replaced.
Review, attribution, and publication
Submitting does not guarantee publication. Reviewers may request revisions, decline a contribution, correct classification, or remove material that does not fit the Archive or presents a rights, safety, or privacy concern. Existing reviewer authorization and independent-review rules still apply.
Choose a credit you are comfortable displaying publicly. Approved contributions may appear on set pages, contributor pages, and other Archive views. Related review notices can identify that credit in the private review channel before publication; see Privacy for the fields in photo-review notices.
Source-backed history, uncertain collector accounts, and fiction should be distinguishable. Do not present an unsupported allegation, speculative provenance, or an invented release story as an established fact.
Corrections and removal
You can ask me for corrected credit, a content correction, withdrawal from review, or removal from public display through Contact & removal requests. Include the page or submission reference and explain what should change. Rights or privacy concerns may require verification and review.
Public display may be stopped or restricted while a concern is assessed. Removal from the live site does not guarantee deletion of all operational records, backups, third-party caches, or copies that visitors already made. Any separately granted license and applicable obligations must be considered when handling a request.
Other people’s work and outside sites
A public page is not a blanket license for visitors to reuse everything on it. Check the rights and any stated license for the particular work. Third-party trademarks, product designs, photographs, and quoted sources retain their own rights and conditions.
External links are references, not guarantees of availability, endorsement, safety, or permission to republish the linked material. The Archive is not a seller or a substitute for official product and order support.
